Join your host, Jenny Nolan and Pura Vida Popup Yoga, for YEAR NUMBER FOUR of a deeper dive into your own personal yoga practice and also an immersion into all that the phrase Pura Vida represents. Your day might begin with a solitary walk on the expansive beach or a quiet moment spent on your balcony listening to the howler monkeys before our yoga practice in the jungle shala near the sea. Our carefully selected home for the week, boutique eco-hotel Olas Verdes, is tucked into a sprawling canopy of trees, just steps from the Pacific along the jungle path. Breakfasts will be served on site after our early morning activities. Our days will unfold as naturally as the waves traveling to shore. You will have the opportunity to add great adventure to your day as we explore Nosara and its surroundings or to simply nap by the pool, read a good book in the comfort of your suite, lounge in the warm tidal pools, have a massage, or take a walk along the breathtaking vista that is Playa Guiones. This curated Yoga Adventure Retreat is thoughtfully designed to follow the rhythm of your heart.
Pura Vida Popup Yoga Adventure Retreats are purposely designed to create intimate space where we can better know one another and, most importantly, come to better know ourselves. It is not my intention to tell you how you will feel or what you will gain (or not) from this experience, but instead to create space for you to feel into what it means to slow down and simply be.
